Description
Elvis Presley needs no introduction as he is probably one of the best known people on the planet even though he died 45 years ago in his home in Memphis. I've been a huge fan of his from when he first arrived on the music scene and have visited Graceland and his early home in Tupelo.
I bought this album new and am only selling it as I have most of the tracks on CDs.
Something for Everybody is an album he released in 1961 and is a collection of lesser known Elvis tracks. I bought the album new when it was first released over 60 years ago but cannot remember where I bought it. The information on the sleeve cover appears to be all in French as is much of the information in the centre of the record and the record was made in France. It was released in the period between him coming out of the Army in 1960 and before he started on the succession of formulaic movies that marked the low point of his career.
It's a really pleasant collection of Elvis numbers that showcase his varied talents.
Both sides of the vinyl record are in excellent condition and play really well. The photos accurately reflect the state of the cover, which is good. The inner sleeve is not as robust as most but is nevertheless in reasonable condition as can be seen from the photo. A good buy for any lover of Elvis Presley or collector of classic vinyl LPs.
