Original Italian issue EP PS ONLY.

PS is in half decent condition (as scanned) with no hidden problems. Has a split at the bottom (half) and has had tape around the edges at some time in its life but hey......It was still "stuck" together at the bottom but unstuck when I looked to see if it had any splits! Typical.

Only 2000 made, supposedly.
