Description
Here is an Original Late 1970's Nipper Dog mascot of the famed Elvis Presley record label RCA. This Nipper Dog was made for displays at various record retail outlets in the 1970's. Not many of these are around as it is 30 years old and in excellant condition. The dog stands over 36" tall and has an original trademark sticker on the bottom of one of his paws which reads:
NIPPER
Trademark used with permission and under license from trademark owner GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY
The detail that was used in the making of the dog is outstanding. The collar even reads his name NIPPER. This is truly one of the great collectable items from RCA, with extreme rarity to find in this condition. There is a small reserve of $399 placed on this auction item. So enjoy looking at the pictures of this fantastic artifact from a nostalgic period that help launch Elvis Presleys' career and change the style of modern music today.
