Payment
We only accept PayPal. Please pay within 7 days if you are the winning bidder! We will ship as soon as PayPal has received your payment. And, you will receive an email stating when your item (s) was shipped.
Shipping Terms
As soon as your PayPal payment clears, we will process and ship your order. We ship by parcel post which could take up to seven to ten days for your item to arrive. If you would like your item shipped sooner or another way, please let us know when you win the bid and your invoice will reflect that.
We love to combine shipping if you win more than one item from refound wears. After the auction, we will send a single invoice listing the shipping total for the whole package.
We will ship to the address provided by PayPal, unless you state otherwise. Please let us know immediately after the auction if there is a different address to which you would like the item shipped.
Refound Wears Items
We are sellers with a consequence and would never misrepresent an item's condition, we do indicate within the listings description, any tears, flaws, holes so you can make a decision before bidding on the item. Some items may just need a few stitches, to be dry-cleaned, or some other “tlc” requirements. Many of the items we sell are considered either "vintage" or "antique". We purchased “refound wears” at local thrift stores, garage sales and estate sales. Even under perfect conditions, a 20 year old shirt will show some signs of age.
If you have any questions about an item, please ask before bidding. It's much easier to prevent problems than it is to fix them. We respond to your email within 24 hours or sooner.
Feedback
If you receive your item and you are not happy, please email us before leaving “negative feedback”. That’s just not good business sense. Although we do not take returns, we do work with our buyers in anyway we can to make our transaction with each other workable, repeat buyers are so important to us! Save us as one of your favorite sellers to see our weekly items.
