Description

This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1956 release of Love Me Tender / Anyway You Want Me released in the USA.

The record itself (47-6643 )is in VERY GOOD+/ VERY GOOD condition and retains some of it's natural sheen.

There are some visible marks / scratches but nothing deep or drastic

The labels are CLEAN and have NO WRITING (see photos)

This is the RARER issue WITH THE HORIZONTAL LINE. (you could say this is this U.S equivilant of HMV GOLD WRITING UK issue!)

The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2012 as $70 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is VERY GOOD+ ) for the sleeve alone!!!

THIS IS 1 OF THE 4 SLEEVES ISSUED and by far the RAREST!

This sleeve is 61 years old and there are a few flaws which stop this grading higher.

This would grade higher , however there is some small tears to the top opener and side,age discolouration and ringwear.

On the plus side there is NO WRITING!!!

This is also the mega rare BLACK and WHITE issued sleeve, which is by far the hardest to come across.

Overall this was still valued at about $100(£78+) back in 2012, so i guess it must be around £80+ now.

THIS WOULD MAKE A SUPERB AFFORDABLE COLLECTION FILLER UNTIL THAT MINT £130+ COPY COMES ALONG!!!

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might just get a genuine bargain.
