Description
January 8th 2005 marked the 70th anniversary of the birth of Elvis Presley.
To celebrate that momentous occasion, RCA/SonyBMG launced the 18 UK # 1 Collector Series, and here is a Mint copy of one of those.
It comprises of a Limited Edition numbered box (number 07082) and all 18 of his UK number ones pressed on 10" vinyl (which are also all individually numbered), housed in a replica UK RCA generic sleeve with original label artwork.
In the box which was released on 8th January 2005, was the first single, All Shook Up, and Jailhouse Rock was also released that week. From then on, it was up to the avid collector (me in this instance) to queue up and hope to get a copy of the single released that week from the local record store.This set was also released as a CD version and these could be collected at the same time (see my other listing for this set)

I did not play any of these, instead keeping them in the box in a smoke and pet free environment, so they are in effect new.
This is a great opportunity to acquire the original release of this set, as they were re released some months later but neither the box nor the individual singles were numbered, these are and are the first release.
