Back cover number has no RE, and does have the three boxes describing "New Orthophonic"etc.

Disc is VG++ with only very light unfeelable marks and shiny. Labels are clean. Cover is strong

VG+ very little rubbing, stiff with good corners, but a 3 inch clean split on bottom edge, and a very light scratch on front to the right of Elvis's head, see the pic.
