ELVIS PRESLEY - “LOVING YOU” (LPM-1515), A FIRST PRESSING OF ELVIS' THIRD ALBUM, AN ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK RECORDING FROM 1957          RECORD: VG+ on the upper end of the grade with beautiful, glossy surfaces! There are just some very light surfaces scuffs that should have no effect on the audible performance. This Indianapolis pressing should play great! This is the scarce, one-year-only issue with the word "STEREO" in staggered fashion at the base of the labels. Later Stereo issues have the word straight and much smaller with the "RCA Victor" logo in white. These labels are all-silver print from 1962! The labels are simply gorgeous, with just a few very light spindle marks on the Side 2 label as well as some minor fingerprinting. This Original Soundtrack Recording was originally released in July of 1957 and includes the double-hit single "(Let Me Be Your) Teddy Bear / Loving You". The matrix numbers on this example end with 1S/1S.    COVER: VG++ (EXC) with absolutely NO seam splits! This cover is simply beautiful and well preserved for a cover that is over 50 years old! The spine as well as the upper & lower edges are solid and fully legible. I don't even see any corner wear! The white is WHITE all the way around, with no foxing or stains of any kind. the only items keeping this cover from NM status is a couple of minor bend marks seen only on the front, as well as a bit of edge bruising at the open end, which was probably done when the shrink wrap was being broken.    INNER SLEEVE:  The original gray RCA Victor sleeve from the era. "The World's greatest Artists are on RCA Victor Records". How fitting that Elvis Presley was on this magnificent record label!
