Description

WOW! ELVIS PRESLEY "KING CREOLE" (LPM-1884) ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK ALBUM WITH THE ULTRA-RARE BONUS PHOTO!!!

The above is exactly what I thought to myself upon finding this album in an Estate Sale right here in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1983, just after I let out a clearly audible "gasp"!!! This album was in a stack of LP's amongst some Harry Belafonte and Perry Como albums, as I recall. Imagine my utter surprise upon turning this one up and having the pristine Bonus Photo slip out along with the record upon inspection! You now have the opportunity to bid on this gem for your own collection of Elvis Presley records. As stated, the Bonus Photo is in pristine condition, with no bends, creases or scribbles. Jerry Osborne's "Presleyana" has this Bonus Photo valued at $200 just by itself! The record is EXCELLENT, with just a few superficial scratches amongst the glossy vinyl that should not be audible. The labels are magnificent with barely a spindle mark visible! The Matrix Numbers are (Side 1) J2 PP 4183-4S and (Side 2) J2 PP 4184-9S. The cover is actually EXCELLENT, but I am grading it VG+ due to a small paper surface pull (probably from a sticker or tape) on the back, near-center-top, plus a bit of ring wear from contact with other LP's. There are no seam splits, tape, writing or grafitti present. The white areas, including the spine and other edges, are WHITE white! All lettering on the spine is "stand-out" readable! A very rare and original album to add to one's Elvis collection. See the photos for multiple views of this record, cover and Bonus Photo and judge for yourself.

This album will come with its original RCA Victor Inner Sleeve (has tears on two seams) along with a plain white sleeve and shipped with the record separated from the cover to prevent seam splits from the record sliding around during transit.

                                          ABOUT ME

I am in the process of selling my collection of Elvis Presley records, which is 35 years in the making. I began collecting just after The King's untimely demise in 1977 and it just expanded from there. Prior to the internet, my collecting sources were "Goldmine" and used record shops, garage sales and estate sales. I amassed a large collection First Pressings, everything except for the Sun Labels and a couple very rare 1968 monaural issues ("Speedway" and "Gold Records, Vol. 4"). Very few of the records that I am placing on ebay grade less than VG, as I have upgraded many records over the years. Now that I am 50, I am looking to reduce volume and keep mainly my 1970's material as I am partial to the "Jumpsuit era". I will be listing some post-1968 material (my duplicate records) as time goes on for those that are interested. Please note: I ship all records in cardboard record mailers and not those flimsy bubblewrap envelopes that offer no real protection against breakage.

Good luck in your bidding and contact me if you have any questions.
