Here we offer one of the RAREST Elvis Picture Cover 45s, especially as a WHITE LABEL PROMO,  in fabulous condition! In strictly graded EX/EX condition, we present the VERY DIFFICULT to find U.S. RCA 447-0651 White Label Promo 7" 45 RPM with PICTURE SLEEVE of "Joshua Fit the Battle" b/w "Known Only to Him"! The PICTURE SLEEVE is a super sharp, crisp, clean, bright and glossy EX (we think some sellers would grade a bit higher, ESPECIALLY for this sleeve which always has moderate to heavy wear WHEN you can locate it, but we'll stick with EX) with just very slight to slight signs of wear. We've provided some close up photos, taken in natural light, so any imperfections would show more so than a flash photo. On the front, very slight to slight faint, partial bits of ringwear and wear to right side...just a lovely sleeve, and we've never seen a better one! There is a TINY "fleabite" to top edge right side (after "By Request"...)...see close-up photo! There is a tiny QUARTER-INCH "stress point" at left side center seam where the 45 probably had some light impact, but holding it up to the light, it doesn't appear to be a split (see PHOTO 6)! We are being VERY FUSSY here...again a gorgeous sleeve! Back of sleeve beautiful, with same partial, occasional very slight to slight signs of wear! Any collector would need a MINT or near MINT sleeve to have an upgrade on this gem! The VINYL is a beautiful, crisp, clean, shiny, barely played EX, with just some insignifigant, SUPERFICIAL paper innersleeve "marks" or "rubs" and a couple of slight, fine, small, superficial hairlines upon close inspection. Again, many sellers would probably grade this higher, but we are conservative! The LABELS are shiny and clean, with just one of those little collector's NUMBER sticker on the A Side, with a small piece of cello/scotch tape over it. This came from a wonderful "numbered" collection ALL stored in those 60s 45 carry boxes, and we always leave the numbers on the labels! We've been as descriptive (strictly so...) as we can be at the risk of scaring people away...this is a GORGEOUS, so TOUGH-TO-FIND original PROMO with a magnificent sleeve CONSERVATIVELY graded!
