Description
For sale is a rare pressing of Elvis Presley hound dog / don’t be cruel. This is an original pressing on the purple hmv label with the rarer silver text.
The record is visually graded as a very strong vg+. Side A has a few light surface marks and one slightly clearer mark but all are totally superficial. Side A plays extremely well with no skips or jumps and apart from the start of the record before the song starts I could hear no background noise as the record plays and plays crisp and strong throughout. Side B does have some surface wear but focussed around the run out groove. The actual vinyl itself is very clean and minimal sign of wear seen. This side also plays perfectly throughout and plays with a strong crisp sound
Side a label has some initials in what appears to be pencil but otherwise both labels are clean and extremely presentable
Housed in a plain white sleeve
An absolutely fantastic copy of this record and a must have for a collector
