Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1955 single Good Rockin Tonight / I Don't Care If The Sun Don't Shine released in the USA.
The record itself (47-6381 dog on top) is quite a hard one to find.
The labels have NO WRITING!! However there is ringwear and some non sticky residue from where a label has been removed(see photos)
THIS IS ALSO THE RARE issue WITHOUT the SILVER HORIZONTAL LINE!!!!,
You could say this is the USA Version of the UK HMV SILVER writing issue!
THIS IS AN ORIGINAL PIECE OF ROCK AND ROLL HISTORY!!!!!!
This comes with an ORIGINAL Generic RCA VICTOR sleeve.
ORIGINAL Picture sleeves were NEVER issued for this ORIGINAL release (only bootleg sleeves exist)
There are numerous scratches / marks(none too deep or drastic though).Overall i would still visually grade as VERY GOOD.
There is also a residue mark on the trail off(not on the playing surface)
This would make an adequate collection filler until that MINT copy comes along.
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
