    WOW!!! ESTATE AUCTION YIELDS THE   ULTRA-RARE 1963 "GIRLS! GIRLS! GIRLS!" CALENDAR INSERT AND IT'S NEAR MINT!!!

Here it finally is!!! A truly authentic 1963 "GIRLS! GIRLS! GIRLS!" Calendar Insert!!! With this auction, I have decided to make this "The Bonus Photo Week" and will be listing all Elvis LP's that have a "Bonus Photo" Insert! As I continue to auction my 35-year-plus collection of Elvis Presley records, you now have the opportunity to bid on this VG+ to EXCELLENT copy of "GIRLS! GIRLS! GIRLS!" (LSP-2621). This Original Soundtrack Recording was released in 1962 on the RCA Victor label. Grading this record was tough; one of those that is just between grades. Personally, I feel that it is nicer than VG+, so I'm putting it in between that and EXCELLENT! The record has plenty of gloss and should play beautifully. The Matrix Numbers are (Side 1): N2 P-Y 3295-5S and (Side 2): N2 P Y 3296-5S. The "LIVING STEREO" labels are simply stunning! Just a bit of wear around the spindle hole on one side. The cover grades VG+ with a 3-1/2 inch seam splits on the top. There is no tape, writing, grafitti, stickers or staple holes anywhere! There is some very minor ring wear along with a couple of small scuff marks on the front. Now onto the real interesting part! The 1963 Calendar Insert is Near Mint, with just a few fingerprints noticable, both front and back. This calendar was in the album cover along with the record when I was inspecting a lot of about 100 LP's that I won in an Estate Auction in the early 1990's. What an awesome surprise when I was only expecting to pull out the record and this calendar slid out right along behind it! The face of the calendar is highly glossy and the back has a bit of a duller lithograph appearance. It appears to have never been hung on a wall or door as the center hole is perfectly round, just as if it were punched yesterday! How many of these could still be out there? Especially in such pristine condition as this! The record and cover are beautiful enough on their own, but this calendar puts the icing on the cake!! What a compliment your collection of high-end Elvis records and/or memorabilia! Jerry Osborne places a value of $250 on this 1963 Calendar Insert in his "Presleyana VI" (2007). See the photos for multiple views of this calendar, the record and cover and judge for yourself.

This album will come with its original gray RCA Victor Inner Sleeve. This record will be shipped with the record separated from the cover to prevent seam splits from the record sliding around during transit.
