Elvis Presley Elvis' Golden Records Volume 2 1959 Japan Victor LP LS-5129 rare
Highly collectible Elvis Japanese LP from 1959, not only for its rarity but because it has both a unique cover and tracklisting. Only five songs on Side 1 are on the US Gold Records Volume 2 LP. Side 2 contains 6 tracks that were on the US For LP Fans Only album. Track A7 is from the Elvis Sails EP. The flipback cover features the lyrics in English on the back. Truly rare item in very nice condition. Comes with original inner sleeve but it has tape along the edges.
DISC: VG visual grading, plays EX. Some scuffing and a bit of bag rash on the outer edge but no scratches. Sounds great - a solid chunk of well-made 1950s vinyl.
COVER: VG+ (this cover is so hard to find in decent condition but this one is just that - very nice indeed; it has some minor creasing and light edge wear, almost unavoidable with such a thin sleeve, but it's about as nice as you can expect to find. No split seams or writing)
