Description
Elvis Presley- Elvis Golden Records, LPM 1707 US Ist Pressing,1958 with pale blue lettering on the front cover.
Condition: Sleeve, The front picture on the sleeve has all the brightness of nearly new. with its pale blue lettering and orange back ground unfortunately some one has written a date on it 1959. Both opening edge corners are slightly creased and there is a 3" seam split on the top right above the RCA Victor logo. Bottom left hand corner has a small bit of paper missing from it. The back of the Sleeve has yellowed with age and has the original shop price tag still on it it is all so one of the later sleeves with RE after the catalogue number as far as i know the RE only refers to the sleeve as some of the wording on the back cover was altered, the record how ever is a standard first pressing, the spine is still solid.
Condition: Record. The Record its self is in very good condition, has a few light marks on both sides. labels show a few light spindle marks. the sound quality is excellent, Matrix on Side one : H2WP-8398 1S Matrix on Side 2: H2WP-8399 8S and was pressed in Indianapolis. i play test all Mono Records on a 1956 HMV Radio Gram with a new stylus.
