Description
You are bidding on the Elvis Presley extended play 7 inch record, Elvis By Request. This is the very popular and highly sought after "Compact 33 Double". The songs are Flaming Star, Are You Lonesone Tonight? (my favorite), Summer Kisses, Winter Tears, and It's Now Or Never. The sleeve is in excellent condition, near mint. On these photos you will notice the original shrink wrap is still on the record. It is open on the one side and the two price tags you see are on the outside of the wrap, not on the sleeve. And you may notice on the right side in the middle on both sides of the sleeve, you see a yellowish mark. That is from some tape that was on the sleeve some time ago. It's on the plastic only, it's not on the sleeve. You can be assured that this sleeve is near mint. The record is a mystery to me. It's very shiny and when I first opened it with the paper sleeve covering the vinyl I thought it was going to be near mint. But it does have some scuffs and a few scratches on it, mostly on side 2. I can't find any that are deep or pitted, it very well may play fine but there are some blemishes on it. Regarding the photographs, if you notice what appear to be some lines in the photos, that’s just from my scanner. There are no lines or weird patterns on the sleeve.

This is an estate item so I have no personal knowledge about when it was purchased or any other detailed information. I am not an expert regarding 45RPM or LP records, and I will not attempt to play these records so I am describing it as best I can. If I find scuffs and/or scratches on a record I'll say so, I'll use plain English to describe everything. Feel free to contact me with more questions. I can’t absolutely guarantee that it won’t have a scratch or skip because I am not playing these records. I will describe the sleeves the same way, by just being perfectly honest.
For payment I accept PayPal, bank checks, money orders, or personal checks. Item will be shipped when payment clears. Payment must be provided within 5 days of end of auction and if you do not use PayPal please contact me within 24 hours of end of auction so I’ll be aware of payment method you have chosen. Shipping is via U.S. Postal Service, Media Mail in the U.S. and the cost for shipping, packaging, and handling is $4.00. If you'd prefer Priority Mail it is $6.00 and please notify me. For international bidders, I use Global Priority Mail and the cost for shipping and handling is $11.00. If you want insurance I'll keep your receipt until the item has been received in good condition and will send it to you should the need arise. Insurance is $1.35 up to $50; $2.30 from $50.01 to $100; $3.35 from $100.01 to $200; $4.40 from $200.01 to $300; $5.45 from $300.01 up to $400, and $6.50 from $400.01 up to $500. For multiple items won I will ship up to 5 records for the same price then add $1 for each additional record.
If you are unhappy with the merchandise for a legitimate reason I will be happy to accept a return. You must notify me and send it back within 7 days of receiving item. Once I receive the product in the same condition as it was sent to you, I will refund your cost of the product plus shipping. I will make every attempt to be fair and I ask and expect you to do the same.
