Offered here is the scarce jukebox-promo style Coin Operator / DJ Prevue sleeve for the Follow That Dream EP, paired with the original EPA-4368 vinyl. These thin cream paper sleeves were produced in very limited numbers for commercial jukebox operators and are far rarer than the standard picture sleeve.

Condition:
• Sleeve: VG — light wrinkling and corner creases typical of this fragile format, no writing or splits.
• Vinyl: VG+ with nice gloss and light surface marks. Small scratch in inner groove unaffecting play. Labels clean.
A desirable and increasingly hard-to-find piece for Elvis EP collectors.
