ELVIS PRESLEY - “ELVIS’ GOLDEN RECORDS” (LPM-1707), A BEAUTIFUL, GLOSSY FIRST PRESSING WITH THE SECOND COVER DESIGN FROM LATE 1959         RECORD: VG++ (EXC) with super glossy surfaces! There are some extremely light scuffs noticed under a bright light and these cannot be felt with the fingertip. This Indianapolis pressing should play like new! The labels are also very clean and original with only very light spindle marks seen under inspection. Released in April of 1958, this album is exploding with all of "The King's" huge hits from 1956-57 that made him who he was. This is definitely Elvis' biggest selling album of all-time! This album was obviously purchased by an adult when new, evidenced by how well it had been cared for. The matrix numbers end with 18S/16S, respectively.
  COVER: VG++ (EXC) and oh! So close to Near Mint! There is just some very minor wear, such as a barely noticeable upper edge split at the center of approximately two inches. Ring wear is very minimal and hardly even noticeable until scrutinized. This is the second cover design with "ELVIS' GOLDEN RECORDS" on the front now in white, in place of light blue and the song titles added along the top portion. A beautiful, fully original cover with no tape, writing or staple holes.       INNER SLEEVE: The original RCA Victor sleeve from 1959. Side splits are noticed as well as a major lower edge split. The record will come housed in a plain white sleeve for shipping purposes.
