Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL and HARD TO FIND ORIGINAL copy of the 1958 release of Wear My Ring Around Your Neck / Doncha Think It's Time released in the USA.
The record itself (47-7240 dog on top ) is in EXCELLENT condition.
THIS REALLY IS A BEAUTY!!!!!!
The labels are CRISP, CLEAN and have NO WRITING(see photos)
The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $50 in the condition it is in now (which i would say is VERY GOOD+ )for the sleeve alone!!!
The sleeve has NO SPLITS, RIPS,TEARS or WRITING!
The only thing that stops this from grading higher is some wear to the top opener and ringwear/discolouration and creases.
As with ALL of my Elvis picture sleeve lots this will come in a separate paper sleeve and polythene protection sleeve to prevent any further wear to this sleeve!!
Overall this was valued at about $60+ (£40) back in 2008 , so i would guess this would have to be at least £42 .
I will start this at way under HALF of that!!
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might just get a genuine bargain.
THIS WOULD MAKE A GREAT AFFORDABLE COLLECTION FILLER UNTIL THAT MINT $90+(£60+)RECORD AND SLEEVE COME ALONG!
