Description

ELVIS PRESLEY - “CLAMBAKE” (LSP-3893), AN ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK RECORDING FROM 1967 THAT IS COMPLETE WITH BONUS PHOTO!        RECORD: VG++ (EXC) with full original gloss! There are just a few very light surface scuffs, keeping this Indianapolis pressing from NM status. I played this record in its entirety and there were no skips or repeats. The vocals and instrumentation are clear and strong! The labels are simply beautiful, showing just a couple spindle marks. This Original Soundtrack Recording was released as a "one-time-deal" in November of 1967 and not to be reissued until September of 1977! It includes the hit singles "Big Boss Man / You Don't Know Me" and "Guitar Man", which was written by Jerry Reed. The matrix numbers end with 1S/1S. Everybody loves a Clambake! This album should not disappoint.
  COVER: VG+ with full, original shrink wrap! However, there is a 1-1/2-inch upper seam split. It is not major to the point where it is "gaping" open, but it is there. There is also a lower tear in the shrink, allowing someone to write their initials at the lower left corner on the back. Aside from that, there are just a couple tiny edge bruises at the open end. The original store price sticker (of just $1.47!) remains affixed to the front on the shrink wrap! This is quite an attractive cover.  
  INNER SLEEVE: The original "ELVIS' Great LP Catalog" (40C) sleeve from the era. A side split is noticed.

BONUS PHOTO:  NM with just some mild ring impression from being stored against the record, within the cover. This is a beautiful Bonus Photo!
