Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1965 release of Blue River / Tell Me Why released in the USA.
The record itself (47-8740) is in EXCELLENT- condition and retains some of it's natural sheen.
There are a few visible marks but nothing that can be felt.
The labels have rubbing / ringwear but NO WRITING!
The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2016 as $40 in the condition it is in now(which I would say is in EXCELLENT- ) for the sleeve alone!!!
This sleeve is 55 years old and is in reasonable condition for the age.
The only things that stops this from grading higher is some light ringwear / creases (see photos)
There are NO SPLITS, RIPS, TEARS or WRITING!!
That all said This would be an affordable addition to any collection until that mint copy comes along.
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $48 (£40 approx.)
I don't have a current price guide but I would say at least £42.
With a LOW starting price and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
