Description
Here’s a very rare Elvis Presley EP! This is entitled Elvis, Volume II, RCA Victor EPA-993. These special "army" issues were made for sale to US soldiers stationed in Europe. As you can see, there is a stamp on the back with a price in US dollars, along with a date stamp of Nov 19 1957. These issues are also unique in having “Made in Germany” stamped into the vinyl trailoff, yet the labels say “Made in U.S.A”. The vinyl grades VG-, plays through with no skips, though there are a couple quick noisy spots due to groove damage on "Old Shep". Aside from that, it plays well with light crackle throughout. There are some visible long abrasion lines on side 2, but they don't seem to be audible. The cover has a fair amount of creasing around the edges.
