US picture disc (catalog number CPL1-3078) with English booklet and Japanese cap obi (has English lyrics on the back).
DISC: EX+ (looks fine.)
COVER: EX+ (Crease on spine, small ding in bottom left corner. Clean. Still in shrink.)
OBI: fine, no wear
BOOKLET: fine, no wear
