Cheap Shipping comes with no tracking, which brings risks to the seller. Our cost go up every time a dishonest buyer takes advantage of those risks. So we ask that you respect our decision on the mandatory high value item shipping with tracking.

ITEM CONDITION

BRAND NEW = SEALED! Not “resealed”; In same packaging when purchased.

LIKE NEW = Minimal to No wear on case, No Scratches on CD/DVDs!

VERY GOOD = Standard to Minimal Wear on case with Minimal Scratches and Scuffs on CD/DVDs!

**Most of the open items were opened but never watched, or only watched once.

**Any item with heavy use will not be sold on eBay, any item classified less than Very Good is not listed at all. So if it is listed, then it is Mint or pretty Close to Mint.

**The classification is based on the Disc condition, case is secondary.

**We do not guess on the conditions. Every opened item is inspected to ensure accuracy & quality of our classifications. Anything to the contrary will be clearly marked in the description.

**All CD/DVDs will be wiped of any fingerprints, dirt/dust, smudges, etc with a DVD cloth before shipping so it arrives to you in the most immaculate condition possible.

We will message you if we have questions, concerns or need your prior approval before sending the invoice.

So please check your messages if you do not receive an invoice within 12 hours.

We will not make any changes on the listed shipping service & charges without your approval. So if you want changes, let us know. If messages are ignored, depending on the problem, we will hold item until we hear from you, or ship as per the listing.

As we do not get the “Power Seller Shipping Discounts”, Power Sellers shipping will be cheaper due to discounts they receive for high volume shipping.

We do not qualify for the discounts, so Please do not ask for a cheaper rate “because someone else’s shipping is cheaper” this is unfair because we can’t compete with those discounts. As soon as we do qualify for any discount, eBay has a listing section to enter this so any discount immediately passes onto the buyer. We will also advise this in this section of our listings. Until then we are charging what is being charged to us! We are definitely not happy with the rates either, which is why we look for plans, discounts, anything we can aim to qualify for. We do know that if & when our sales increase, we’ll qualify sooner & those discounts will be passed onto the buyer!

We are not here to profit on shipping charges, We only want to sell the items from this Estate honestly so it can be valued & given to the widow.

Our promise to you is that you can bid on/purchase our items with confidence that the shipping charge will be the amount you see on the shipping charges page (when your Postal Code/Zip Code/Country is entered) or lower, unless otherwise stated or requested.

Post Auction –  Since the eBay shipping calculator is estimating the shipping charges, and it is sometimes incorrect,  we will always double check with your postal/zip code and…

** If lower, we will correct the shipping charge on the invoice & then send it to you.

** If higher, we will honor the eBay estimate & you will not be asked to pay a higher shipping price!

COMBINED SHIPPING

We combine ship to save you money.  So don’t be surprised if we tell you that there is more room in the package if you were considering another item, it can be added for no extra charge. If you win an auction & plan to bid on another & want to combine ship, we can wait for the other auctions to close. (Contact must be made to advise us of your intentions & an active bid must be made on another auction item to guarantee the hold).

If you buy more than one item, eBay adds the shipping charges together, but we combine ship, so wait for our invoice to be sent to you with a package cost, not an item cost.

Most people prefer to know the shipping for multiple items before they buy or to decide who to buy from.

Most large volume sellers do not combine ship, as they sell items cheaper & make it up on the per item shipping.

We do not do this, it is unfair to the buyer and obviously a profit based practice.

ITEM RECEIVED EMAILS & FEEDBACK

We use Feedback as a confirmation of receipt of items, gauge transit times & buyer satisfaction with our items & service.

If we see that the expected time that you are to receive your purchase has passed, with no feedback left, we will contact you to find out if there is a problem or not. Thus confirming receipt & satisfaction. We need to confirm receipt for our own records for the estate. So if you do not want to leave feedback, then please do let us know that it is received.

Due to a large percentage of buyers who do not leave feedback, we will need to rely on email confirmation to close our transactions. Since sellers cannot leave negative feedback, there is no risk for a buyer, sellers are at the buyers’ mercy with feedback. We cannot continue to provide feedback for a buyer who does not see how important it is for a seller to receive feedback. So we are adopting the policy of equal feedback. If feedback is left for us, then feedback will be left for the buyer in return, we think this is only fair. We will always provide positive feedback & we believe we work very hard to earn your feedback in return. Predominantly of the Beatles & Elvis Presley, but not exclusive to, they collected all genres & artists from every decade!

This Estate includes LP’s, EP’s, DVD’s, CD’s, VHS & Beta, Posters, Toys, Cards, etc. and is still being catalogued with new items adding to the list everyday.

We do not sell Bootlegs! If an item is a catalogue order item, not factory made, we will state this in the description. Any of these types of items will be sold in lots & clearly marked as such.
