PAYMENT Upon the completion of this auction, winner may make payment via PayPal (Confirmed / Verified). ALWAYS BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE AUCTION NUMBER WITH ANY PAYMENT OR RISK DELAYING THE SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA): When the complete payment has arrived, your package will usually be shipped within 1-5 business days. Shipping costs are within the USA (Lower 48). Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Guam rates will need to be calculated. Most items are shipped Airborne or USPS. If your package is returned to us because you gave us the wrong address, were not home to receive it you will be required to pay the shipping charge again before your item will be shipped for the second time. Please include your phone number with your payment!!! All loss or damage claims will need to be made by the buyer to the company responsible for shipping.

Shipping will be determined at the CLOSE of the auction. We do everything we can to ONLY charge you what it costs us to ship the item, most items are shipped Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If you email us to ask for a shipping quote, it will only be our best guess and the final shipping rate could be a little higher or lower. We will only know after the item is packed and readied for shipping. We only pack items after they have sold.

COMBINED SHIPPING FEES You can often save big (sometimes up to 50%) on Shipping & Handling (S&H) fees if you win two or more items on eBay within a week of each other and have them sent together to the same address within the 48-states (US ONLY) Even Preorder/Presale items are eligible but the shipment of the instock items will be delayed until the Preorder/Presale item(s) is available. If you choose this combined shipping option, all items must be paid for together with a single email address being used as the payer, and a remark, or note, must be included in the payment listing all eBay Item #s to be included in the shipment. we will ship items when all are in stock and ready to ship.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING International shipping occurs once per week. International shipments require more time to complete because of customs forms and other shipping anomalies. If you did not include the quoted shipping amount with your payment, your package may be sent economy instead of Airmail, or not sent at all until full amount is paid. Economy can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. If you do not agree with the quoted shipping price listed on this auction, then please do not bid. Overages on shipping quotes will not be refunded. Preorder items are impossible to weigh, as they are not in stock yet. Shipping quotes are therefore estimates and actual shipping price is not guaranteed. Please do not ask for a shipping quote if there is already an international shipping price listed. Canadian bidders are an exception to the rule. Canadian bidders please add 50% of the US shipping price to your shipping price. If your package is returned to us because you gave us the wrong address, you will be required to pay the shipping charge again before your item will be shipped for the second time. RETURN / REFUND POLICY All items are sold as described. All sales are final, Unless the item is significantly different from what was described we will not provide a refund. Packages that arrive damaged or appear to be lost will ONLY be refunded if the buyer purchased a shipping option that included insurance (see below).

PACKAGE INSURANCE POLICY If the package is lost or damaged you must have paid for insurance in order to be reimbursed. Rarely is a package lost or damaged, but you must have insurance to obtain a reimbursement. NOTE: Packages may take 7-14 days and, on rare occasions, up to 4-5 weeks to arrive, depending on the shipping option selected and any delays that may occur along the way. International orders may take longer.

VARIATIONS Variations are common within the collectible toy industry. If the item purchased comes sealed, and variations are indeterminable, we are not held responsible for the receipt of a variation of a similar item.

OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE By bidding on this auction, the bidder has entered a legal contract to purchase this item. The bidder is legally obligated to honor this contract. However, at the discretion of Graveyard Records & Collectables (the seller of this auction) a release from their contract to purchase this auction may be granted.

However, we do have an automatic feedback system that should automatically issue a lofty praise feedback to you within 1 business day of your issuing a positive feedback to us. Feel free to email us if you do not receive your returned feedback on the first business day. Please be sure to give us a chance to resolve any problem before leaving feedback. Most all of the time we can come to a thoughtful and cordial solution to any problem that may arise. People sometimes leave feedback in haste or as a communication tool. This is not necessary.
