Elvis Presley - "Elvis' Golden Records" (RB-16069). 1958 MONO UK First Pressing.
There were a number of differences to this album when it was originally released in the UK compared to most countries. This is the only Elvis album to be released on the RCA Red Seal Label, it comes in a Gatefold sleeve with a 4 page booklet and a different tracklist. This is the original 1958 first pressing with a four page booklet stapled within the sleeve in the same style as the 1957 USA "Elvis' Christmas Album" (LOC -1035). The following year the album would have an alternative booklet and a lighter shade label.
Sleeve: VG+, Soft Gatefold booklet style sleeve, some edge wear and some creases. Clean, no tears, bright sharp colours.
Booklet: intact with bright colours, no tears.
Record: VG, some markings and noise is heard between tracks and on quieter songs (may not suit some listeners), no distortion, no skips or jumps, still shines.
Label: Maroon RCA Great Britain RED SEAL, some spindle markings around the centre but no damage, clean.
