Label : Radar Records RAD - 14
One owner since new and stored away for last 20 years.
And sounds absolutely sensational throughout.

 VINYL Visual: The Vinyl Surfaces look very good and clean and glossy on
LP:
Side 1: Looks unmarked in excellent condition
Side 2: Looks unmarked in excellent condition
VINYL Audio: Audio delivery on this is very good to excellent.  Only a few minor clicks and pops and very little surface noise and no skips or jumps.
SLEEVE: The Foldout Sleeve is in very good condition to excellent (see attached pics)
Single : 
Side 1 : There is some faint surface marks and some surface noise some clicks and pops but no skips or jumps  it plays OK
Side 2 :  Looks unmarked and plays very good
