Online discographies indicate that the white label is the only mono pressing of this record.

The record looks and plays VG++. No scratches. Side 1 has a few light scuffs that do not affect play. Side 2 has a light scuff that does not affect play. Grooves do not show wear.
The cover is VG++.
The front cover is bright and glossy with light wear. The back cover has light to moderate wear. Spine is bright and readable with little wear. No split seams. Tiny spots of wear at the corners. Inside foldout looks nice with light wear and app 2 inch tear in slick about halfway down the spine. Slick is not missing, it's just torn. " Monaural" stickers over catalog numbers.
Black lines that might be visible at bottom left and top right in pictures are due to photo cropping and not on cover.
My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied. No hassles.
