Description
Elton John - Limited Edition UK Exclusive Peachtree Road Vinyl Double Album in Heavy Card Gatefold Sleeve
As an avid fan of Elton John since 1972 this is duplicate item I am releasing from my own collection to raise cash for additional purchases to my collection.
This limited edition double vinyl album was released in the UK in 2005 at the same time as the CD release was repackaged and re-released. It came with a completely different artwork cover of Elton than the original Sam Taylor photo cover of the release a year earlier.
It was one of the most luxurious vinyl album releases of Elton's in a heavy card embossed gatefold cover with the same quality card inner sleeve's both of which are different, see pictures below:-
Inner sleeve and disc 1
Inner sleeve and disc 2
As you can see the labels are also custom and different on each disc.
This release also has the following bonus tracks not on the original Peachtree Road release, all from the Billy Elliot musical:-
The Letter
Merry Christmas Maggie Thatcher
Electricity
The lyrics of the entire album are printed on the inside of the gatefold sleeve.
These albums are no longer available as they were a very limited release at the time.
A real must have for the Elton completest, get this while you can as they do not come up that often on eBay now.
This item will be shipped in a heavy card LP mailer to ensure it remians in pristine condition on arrival.
