Description

Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted. 

Grading is based on visual inspection.

I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.

New and vintage vinyl is hard to grade strictly using eBay’s system because the record and the cover are two different components. Therefore, I grade a record new and mint if it is opened but has never been played.  I use the eBay grading category to describe the cover condition.

  • This is a First Pressing of a UNI Records Promotional copy of the original 1971 release.
  • This copy has never been played.
  • The gatefold cover has tight seams, a stiff spine and shows slight edge wear.
  • An eleven-page insert with lyrics and credits is attached to the inside of the gatefold.
  • The drill hole lower right indicates this was a Promo.
  • This is a one-owner that the Seller got new in his record store from the MCA (UNI's distributor) sales rep in 1971. It has been in storage for 53 years.
