Description
Offered is this early pressing of Elton John's Greatest Hits which has the picture label on the LP. I test played the album and it sounds very good. The vinyl is rich black and is scuff and scratch free. The mastering on this pressing has bit better high end than on later pressings which have the blue rainbow label which MCA used back then. That is especially noticeable on Rocket Man when a drum stick in tapped on the edge of drum and jumps out on some parts of that song. For whatever reason they lowered that tapping sound on later pressings.
