Description

This auction is for Elman Encores with Mischa Elman on violin accompanied by Joseph Seiger on Piano. Ref Decca LXT 5304. The vinyl is in fair to good condition and plays well. It has a plastic inner sleeve. The outer sleeve has a bad rip 6 inches across the bottom. Included in this auction is another LP by Elman: Tchaikovsky Concerto in D Major OP.35 Ref. Decca LXT 2970. This has no sleeve and the vinyl is in poor to fair condition. It plays, but there is pop and hiss. I have not sold records on ebay before so I am describing them as accurately as possible, please email me if you have any questions. I have just played them both through and if they sell I shall record them both on to my reel to reel before they go, this gentleman is an exceptional violinist even to my untrained ear. I know these have a value so I have put them on at what I consider to be a fair start with no reserve. Many thanks for looking.
