180 Gram Verve Reissue Five LP Set

This is the complete Verve 180 Gram reissue of Ella Fitzgerald Sings the George and Ira Gershwin Songbook.

Verve Issue: MG VS-6082-5 

It includes the five LPs in Excellent to Mint Condition plus a bonus mini LP.

It also includes very nice reprints (in perfect condition) of the Bernard Buffet artwork that adorned the sleeves of the original issue along with a book that gives a brief history of each song.

I welcome pick up from my home in Northern Virginia or to meet in the DC area.

I purchased this set new in 2003 from Acoustics Sounds and some but not all of the LPs were played less than 5 times on a properly set up turntable with a high quality cartridge.

The thick paper sleeves for each LP are in perfect condition. The inner paper sleeves with film lining have split at edges but still function perfectly.

The outer box is in very very good condition. One corner seam on the outer lid inexplicably split not long after I purchased the set and I repaired it with clear tape.
