This is the original, first release of Ella Fitzgerald's masterpiece singing the Gershwin's greatest songs. Verve Records MG V-4029-5
This release was in mono, not stereo, but it sounds wonderful and will make a great addition to your vintage jazz collection.
The records are still a bit dusty, and yes, you can see spindle tracks, so they have obviously been played. However, for 64 year-old lps, they are in terrific shape. I played the first two LPs, and they sound very good to me. I've posted images of every side of each record.
The set is complete, including all 5 lps, all 5 art prints, Bonus record, and the Gershwin book.
There's a tiny used price (decades ago?) written in faded ink on the back in the upper right corner.
