In den späten 1960er Jahren verdienten die Pretty Things sich etwas Geld dazu,

indem sie für die  De Wolfe Sound Library, inkognito diverse Aufnahmen machten  . Einige dieser Songs landeten in Low-Budget-Filmen, darunter, What's Good For the Goose (1969), Haunted House of Horror (1969), The Monster Club (1981) und in ein paar Softcore-Pornos. Obwohl sie nicht zur  offizielle Veröffentlichung vorgesehen waren, wurden diese Aufnahmen später für eine Anzahl von Platten zusammengestellt und unter dem Pseudonym The Elektric Banana veröffentlicht: Elektrische Banana (1967), More Electric Banana (1968), Even More Electric Banana (1969), Hot Licks (1970) und The Return Of  Elektric Banana (1978). Auf Seite A sind die Tracks mit Gesang und auf Seite B die gleichen Songs als Instrumentals. Später erschienen noch die Zusammenstellungen “The Seventies“ (1978)  und „The Sixties“ (1980) auf Butt Records, einem Unterlabel von Music De Wolfe. Allerdings blieb die wahre Identität  der Musiker bei all diesen Veröffentlichungen geheim. Die LPs waren in Plattenläden nicht zu finden. Man konnte sie aber in London, in den Geschäftsräumen von De Wolfe Ltd. In der Wardour Street kaufen.

During the late 1960s, the Pretty Things made some extra money by recording (incognito) for music library company DeWolfe. Some of these songs ended up in low-budget films including What's Good For the Goose (1969), Haunted House of Horror (1969),The Monster Club (1981) and a couple of softcore porn films. Not intended for official release, these songs were later compiled on a number of records and released under the alias Electric Banana: Electric Banana (1967), More Electric Banana (1968), Even More Electric Banana (1969), Hot Licks (1970), and Return of the Electric Banana (1978). The initial releases featured one side of vocal and one side of instrumental tracks. Later still appeared the compealation The Seventies (1978) and The Sixties (1980) on Butt Records, a sublabel of Music De Wolfe. . However, the true identity of the musicians remained secret for all these publications. The LPs were not found in record stores. But it was possible to buy it  in London, at the offices of De Wolfe Ltd. in Wardour Street.

Near Mint (Excellent)“.Die Platte wurde wenig gespielt und ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Es sind einige leichte Oberflächenwischer zu erkennen, die wahrscheinlich  vom Rein-und Rausziehen aus dem Inner Sleeve herrühren. Ein geringfügiges Knistern in den Einlaufrillen und leichte Grundgeräusche zwischen den Tracks and an manchen ruhigen Stellen sind vermutlich auf die Pressung oder statische Aufladungen zurückzuführen. Keine gröberen Kratzer. Die LP wurde mit Kopfhören geprüft, über Lautsprecher sind die leisen Grundgeräusche kaum noch wahrnehmbar.   Das Cover ist  “Very Good Plus“ Die Ecken sind leicht angestoßen, an der  Frontseite, an den Rändern und and der Einschubseite zeigen  Abnutzunderscheinungen.  Der Cover- Rücken ist aber noch gut lesbar. Ein Record Ring beginnt sich leicht abzuzeichnen. (siehe Fotos)

Near Mint (Excellent) ". The LP was little played and is in very good condition. some slight hairlines are visible , presumably resulting from the in-and pulling from the Inner sleeve. Slight crackling into the inlet grooves and some light noise between tracks and at some quiet places are probably due to the pressing or static discharge. No coarser scratches. The LP was tested with headphones, through loudspeakers the quiet noise is barely perceptible. The cover is "Very Good Plus" The corners are slightly triggered .At the front side, at the edges and on the insertion side are signs of ware. The cover- spine is still legible. A record ring starts easily emerge. (see photos)
