Record: Very Good+. There are some light scuffs and smudges that create some light surface noise in some passages. The labels have some light spindle-wear on both sides.

Cover: Good. There is a 5" split at the upper right-hand corner and a BB hole at the upper left-hand corner. There is moderate ringwear and discoloration on both sides.
