Sleeve Condition : Very Good Plus (VG+)

Considering what's available, I'm choosing VG+. This is still in shrink, but with a couple of breaches on edges. Spine looks awesome! Parts of the edges that are exposed have some fraying, including a split along the bottom ~4 inches and small splits on top and bottom near opening. The record was tested and sounds great! Just some surface noise, and there are some light surface scratches visible but not very audible. Has a high-quality replacement inner sleeve.
