Description
This is the original deep-groove RVG-etched pressing of Earl Coleman “Sings” on the West 50th St. labels of Prestige PRLP 7045. The flat-rim playing surface has an extraordinary luster and would appear to have never been played, except for a tiny mark at the beginning of Track 2, Side B (“Come Rain or Come Shine”) that makes two light tics. The laminated cover has the New York 19 address and is bright and clean throughout; small rubbing to the corners at the opening; ¼” split at the opening. Personnel include Art Farmer, Gigi Gryce, Hank Jones, Oscar Pettiford, and Shadow Wilson. We do not accept PayPal. Please do not bid unless you are comfortable providing credit card information directly. The “Blue Note Records” book – “A Guide for Identifying Original Pressings” is now available on eBay.
