Description
This is my prized copy of The Eagles' monster LP, "Hotel California", Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs MFSL 1-126. The vinyl, sleeve, and all inner materials are absolutely pristine. The jacket shows a little shelf wear. I played the record only once; marveled at its sound quality, and then put it away in a safe place to "save it for another time" while I continued to play my standard LP's (I had several) and the Gold CD version. Well, guess what....here it is, years later, and it's still sitting on the shelf in absolutely pristine condition. It's time for someone else to get some real enjoyment out of this masterpiece of a recording!
Long out-of-print, it is very rare to find a copy of this MFSL recording in this condition.
The LP was treated with LAST Record Preservative before it was played.
Half-Speed Production and Mastering Specially Plated and Pressed on High-Definition Super Vinyl by Victor Company of Japan Ltd. Special Static-free/Dust-Free Inner Sleeve Special Heavy Duty Protective Packaging Source: The Original Master Tape Mastered with the Ortofon Cutting System
The record will be carefully protected with bubble-wrap and mailed in a new cardboard LP mailer.
The last couple of copies of this LP on Ebay in anywhere near this condition sold for $150-200. So mine is a bargain! :)
