Eagles “Desperado” LP - White paper Asylum, Legit first run (SD 5068) LP is NM,- cover is NM- w shrink wrap still on the LP. Original rougher embossed cover.
This is a white paper label, legitimate first run pressing. Be careful of other listings claiming 'first run' with blue cloud paper label ( that was not first run.) initial run was all white paper label and small cloud on top. This one is ! Ridgeway pressing ( RI) No marks, no ring wear, no spindle marks. Killer early pressing, fresh tapes make way for great music by the original 4 guys. Killer in everyway. Cleaned and ships with original dark paper sleeve. Recorded in London, produced by Glyn Johns, (a guy who really knew how to record)... fantastic resolution and mix. Original mastering at the Mastering Lab in LA. No digital will ever sound like this.
Not a record dealer or action house, I’m an audiophile music hobbyist selling off many of my 50 year old + collection, mostly MINT- , EXC +…. ALL LPs are Disc Doctor 'Miracle Record Cleaner’ cleaned/rinsed with 2 separate brushes plus machine dried. … a 3-step process… not easy or quick but well worth it even with newer pressings.
- All my LPs have had the full 'Disc Doctor’ Miracle Record Cleaner cleaning, unless sealed. ( now sold by Acoustic Sounds in KS) Seperate purified rinsed w water brush, then Nitty Gritty machine vacuumed dried. Many have only been played one or twice. Since all have been hand & machine cleaned, no further cleaning is needed.
- Shipped in a padded 13 x 13 x 1 record mailer. All photos are of the actual LP and cover in my listings, there are no generics or ‘copy/paste’ photos.
