All records are visually graded (I haven’t owned a turntable for over 20 years). All listed items were purchased, framed and displayed in my media room. The grading scale for records and sleeves is simple and listed below.
All items have been kept in climate controlled areas in a non pet & non-smoking home.

Grading System:
MINT -- no such thing unless factory sealed or unplayed
NM (near mint) – probably unplayed (or at least looks that way)
VG (very good) – nice shape, minor visual imperfections
G (good) -- scratches seen that might make noise during playback
P (poor) -- probably drug behind a truck but rare and collectible (my opinion)
