Description
I use the record collector grading system of Bad / Poor / Good (G) / Very Good / Excellent / Mint.
Please see below for grading details.
I also use a + or a - for grades that I consider slightly better or worse.
A VG disc on this site will not be is nasty condition like many sellers.
All records are sent out in plastic covers.
THE EYES OF BLUE.
UP AND DOWN / HEART TROUBLE.
ORIGINAL 1966 DERAM 7" SINGLE - DM.106.
Priced fair as this is NOT a perfect example. The only other Demo pressing for sale is priced at £250! The 45 still plays well and would be fine to DJ with. Please see the grading below. This is NOT for a fussy buyer who needs a perfect example.
Heart Trouble is a top Northern Soul tune, this is a very hard to find record even more so as this Demo pressing.
The Record / Visual G- / Good- condition. The disc has many light marks and some that are deeper than a surface mark. The record plays well and the play grade is more VG than the G- visual grade. This 45 could be used to DJ with. I will say again as this record is graded as G- condition it will not be good for a fussy buyer.
The Labels / VG+ condition. Small number added on the B side label.
The Cover/ VG- condition. Original Deram cover with some pen marks and age wear. The cover is still solid. .................................................................................
I USE THE UK GRADING SYSTEM BELOW.
Mint - as new and in perfect condition.
Excellent - A real nice example with light wear only. An EX disc will play great and the cover will be very nice too.
Very Good - The disc will have light surface wear and some light marks. The record will still play very well but may have some surface sound and a little crackle as this is graded as VG. The cover will have some creasing and storage age wear. The disc and cover will have no very serious faults. A VG disc and cover will also not be perfect!
Good / G condition - The disc will have very visible surface wear and light marks with some deeper marks. The cover will show much age wear and will not be the best example! The record will still play but will have surface sound and ticks etc.
Fair - This will be a tatty example of both disc and cover. The record will play with surface sound and noise. The cover will look tatty from age and storage wear.
Bad / Poor -This will be a badly worn example of both record and cover. The disc may jump or play with much surface sound. I would rarely sell an item like this.
