EXTREME- EXTREME II: PORNOGRAFFITTI A&M Records 75021 5313 1 1990 Pressing
Vinyl (EX/VG++ range):  very clean and glossy.  a few small superficial marks are visible under a bright light, but it looks barely played.  i have only played it one time since i've owned it.  labels look good.  nice copy.  better than just a standard VG+ grade in my opinion.  vinyl was put through two cleaning cycles in an ultrasonic machine and is stored in an anti-static archival style inner sleeve.
Jacket (VG+):  jacket is in shrink with hype (on shrink) and parental advisory (on jacket) stickers.  minor corner and edge wear.  no splits.  spine is legible.  shrink is intact and clear.  solid VG+ (or better) in my opinion.  really nice copy.  the shrink is tight and was bowing the empty jacket when i got it, so i have kept a cardboard stiffener inside of it (i will ship it that way).  the record has been stored outside of the jacket (but inside the outer sleeve) for that reason.  i have played it in the past and just checked it again when i took the photos and the record lays flat and shows no warp i can detect.   shipped in a new poly outer sleeve.

I have been collecting records now for over 30 years and have recently made my first real effort to organize and downsize my collection.  It's time to re-home some of the records that I decided I no longer need.  
Records are visually graded. I will give a detailed description of what I see and take the best photos I can. 
Used records are cleaned with an ultrasonic machine (Upscale Audio version of the Kirmuss Ka-Rc-1) and are vacuum dried with a Record Doctor V machine.  Records are then placed in a new anti-static archival style inner sleeve.  They will be shipped as clean as I can get them.  
Check my other listings and check back in the future, I have 100s of excess LPs, so I could do this for awhile if it proves to be worth it.

Shipped in new LP mailers.  LP's will be packaged outside of jacket unless sealed.
