About this Record. This is an original USA copy of Love's LP from 1968 or thereabouts entitled Forever Changes released on Elektra Records EKL 4013 in Supremely Rare Mono Format on the coveted Gold Elektra Label! -A2 and -B2 matrix numbers. This is one of the BEST Rock Psych albums ever released, and this is the most desired and best sounding format -- In Mono, and on the least noisiest label. Most original copies sound horrible on the Tan label; They look like this and play VG to VG+. This is a Top Keeper copy on the original contemporaneous Gold label with just a little background noise on the first song on each side.
If you are ever able to find a nicer copy, well, as The Yardbirds would say, "Mister [or Ms.], you are a better Man than I" This is really serious top end music need-to-have-stuff and I give it my unqualified recommendation.

Comes hand-cleaned on my VPI 16.5 Record Cleaning machine (hate those automated 17's) and placed in a new dust-free sleeve for your grandchildren. And at least one plastic sleeves for moisture protection (for you and me).
Cover Condition: Excellent (EX) cover Top Keeper Copy. But small drill hole top right corner. Very MINOR corner ding top left and bottom left corner (when looking at the front cover). Super NICE otherwise! Stored in a nice plastic sleeve for decades. No age wear or dulling of the fragile white cover.
Vinyl Condition: Excellent Plus (EX+). Top keeper copy. Looks strong EX/better but plays Great. Most EX+ or NM copies play VG or thereabouts because of background noise that plagued this pressing. Not this gold label copy! Highly recommended!
Labels. Near Mint (NM) Please see photos of all labels.
Inserts: Comes with original Elektra Factory paper orange/white inner sleeve in nice condition, but no worries, the vinyl also comes cleaned on my KL Audio Ultrasonic record cleaning machine and in a new rice paper equivalent sleeve so the old Dust does not reattach! Oh My Gosh!
Packaging. I clean all vinyl as noted above, and place it in a new innersleeve so the old dust does not reattach; but I also include the innersleeve that came with the LP if it is the original. I separate the vinyl in its new sleeve after cleaning from the cover, and place the cover and the separately packed vinyl in at least one if not two plastic innersleeves that help protect against moisture damage during this cool records transition to your record collection. I use sturdy carboard containers with real corners and pack with at least two insert stiffeners, and I place neon stickers on the front and back of the package indicating “Do Not Bend” and/or “Fragile” or something like that to help facilitate a safe passage.
