(PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED)
Fantastic 1969 Beatles UK LP. This was the Beatles' 12th LP, released on the 26th September. It was also the last official Beatles release that was recorded by them. Staying at number one for almost 18 consecutive weeks, it was only knocked off by The Rolling Stones' "Let It Bleed."

Vinyl:
140g-QUALITY VINYL
EX(-)!
After giving her firstly a vacuum clean, then followed by an ultrasonic bath and finally a last vacuum clean, I listened to the whole album and this is what I found:
Lovely vinyl, only a few very light marks to her, which are superficial and barely heard on playback....When playing her all the way through, I noticed a wonderful deep and rich audio reproduction free from sticks and any skips too...My arm was on an incredibly light setting too-please see (and hear) the detailed video for yourselves.
Even the run-ins were lovely and quiet-as can be heard in the clip provided. The audio remained rich and deep throughout with a beautiful escalating bass line as well as crisp highs too :)
I noticed a brief, but faint revolutionary & very soft pop on Come Together-but it really was insignificant.
I have included a clip of Sun King, just to show the quality of the audio. The Cicada was exquisitely clear :) in the quiet section at the start-as can be heard in the clip provided, with only very, VERY mild and insignificant bit of a soft pop during the mid section for around 4 revolutions as well as some crackle on the transition and during Her Majesty but it just reminded me I am listening to a quality slab of VINYL from 1969 and not a digital reproduction.
*I AM BEING VERY CRITICAL*
SUPERBLY RICH AUDIO
The Moog was lovely and clear on Maxwells Silver Hammer-INCREDIBLE!
*FLAT AS THE DAY SHE WAS BORN*
Labels:
EX!
There are only a small handful of very light spindle marks-evident when angling towards the light. With one small line extending from the side 1 label and into the last track of side 1.
With barely any central hole wear.
NO WRITING
NO "Sold in the UK..." text.
Outer text begins: "Apple Records all rights.."
"Mfd. in U.K." text. The labels are nice and vibrant.
This is the 1st pressing DARKER version of this Apple label.
The last song credit DOES NOT HAVE "Her Majesty" on the Side 2 label.
*VERY FRAMEABLE*
The 33 1/3 is aligned to the extreme right at 9 o’clock-showing this to be a very 1st pressing.
Cover:
EX.
The cover of this LP really is GREAT.
The alignment of the Apple Logo on the back is NOT inline with the text...Showing this to be the VERY 1st printing run, as this was later change to being inline with the text.
The spine is lovely, clear, strong and perfectly legible.
Just a few small lines of spidering to the front/back laminate, with smaller fingers of spidering emanating from the seams..
NO WRITING
NO RIPS
NO SPLITS
Only minimal rubbing/knocking to the corners, which remain wonderfully sharp.
DEEP CLEAN AND CLEAR COLOURS.
Please see the detailed images for yourselves and click on them for even larger images and more detail.
FRAME THIS BEAUTY!
