**U.S. Shipping ONLY PLEASE** Here's a super RARE Lp record album, Jimmy Buffett 1st ever album,"Down to Earth" RARE 1st pressing from 1970! Reportedly only a handful of these records sold when released.This is before Jimmy hit the big time! Great songs from the new songwriter! (the doobie brothers 1st album didn't sell either!) Released 1970.This appears to be an original promotional DJ pressing. Released on Barnaby records Z-30093, The 1st press Cover rates VG-. A hint of wear from storage,radio station call letters in pen on front and rear.Rear cover also has "DEMONSTRATION" stamp in red ink.(see photo) Front cover has promotional sticker in upper corner which has been blackened out. NO splits.Bottom seam neatly repaired.No bent corners. Printed binder edge is a little worn. Record has a super gloss!,super clean! The record plays great with excellent sound quality. Rates easily VG+/EX , Standard light blue Barnaby labels are in EXCELLENT shape but one side has radio station letters in pen.(see photo) Comes with protective plastic sleeve for safe storage.
