ERKIN KORAY Tutkusu
LP KERVAN LP23 TURKEY 1974
Original copy of Koray's psych masterpiece. Tutkusu, the 4th album by Turkish psych guru Erkin Koray, was released in 1977, the year after he did ''2'', his most ethnic record. With Tutkusu he went back to psych rock and he made it with another masterpiece. Eleven original tracks (two sung in English, the rest in Turkish) that will delight your ears.
GRADING ( M, EX, VG, G):
COVER: I'd grade it VG+, it has a couple of tears on front, back and inner fold out. It also has some tape residue on front, back and inner foldout but no seam splits. Please see the pictures I'va attached.
RECORD: Side A has some light hairlines and visual marks due to inner paper sleeve, plays VG+ to EX except for a mark on the first track which causes some clicks. Side B has numerous hairlines and marks and a discolotarion mark/deep hairlines on track 1 & 2 which cause some noise and clicks, rest plays VG+ with some pops/clicks here and there.
