Description
An original October 1967 UK 1st press Mono copy of Eric Burden and the Animals - Winds Of Change. Released on the yellow MGM label, this is a very cool example of 1960s psychedelic rock.
The record has been ultrasonically cleaned in our amazing Degritter and the vinyl has come up spotlessly clean with a good glossy sheen. Numerous scuffs, hairlines and marks visible to both sides but no feelable damage. Clean labels and spindle holes - graded VG visually. but plays closer to VG+
Playback reveals a warm, bold and analogue sound with great detail and atmosphere. A very engaging listen. The vinyl plays through as it should with no jumping or sticking. Some intermittent background noise/crackle but nothing unusual for vinyl of this vintage.
The flipback laminate sleeve is sturdy & strong with some creasing & corner rubbing but no laminate lift. Handling marks and light soiling to the rear but overall pretty clean. Lovely readable spine. No writing, stains, tape, splits or tears.
The original paper inner sleeve is still present, however we have popped the record into a brand new poly lined inner sleeve to keep the record pristine after cleaning - you will receive both.
A lovely copy, fully cleaned and tested, ready to pop straight onto your turntable & play loud!
