This was one of the hardest records for Eric to find when he was collecting the albums for his book “Records”. VERY RARE!!!


Herman "Junior" Parker (March 27, 1932 – November 18, 1971) was an American blues singer and musician from Memphis, Tennessee. He is best remembered for his unique voice, which has been described as "honeyed" and "velvet-smooth". He was posthumously inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame in 2001. Parker wrote the song “Mystery Train”, which was later made famous by Elvis Presley and which provided the title for critically-acclaimed works by author Greil Marcus (1975) and a filmmaker Jim Jarmusch (1989).

Each album contains an original Ex Libris Eric Doeringer stamp, signifying the album is deaccessioned from Eric's personal library established during his High School years. 


All items sold here at Eric Doeringer’s ER Flea Market come with a 11" x 8.5" image of the item, autographed by Eric Doeringer. Each print is printed on epson archival paper. Perfect for framing.
