Description

ENYA s/t
NM/NM Used Vinyl Record

Record Label: Atlantic 81842-1

Super hard to find 1986 first album by Enya.

Record cover is in like new condition. There are three very minor vertical creases near the middle bottom of the front cover. Otherwise, flawless. Vinyl is shiny and new-looking. Plays beautifully.

Review: With production and lyrical help fully in place thanks to her husband-and-wife gurus Nicky and Roma Ryan, Enya's combination of Celtic traditionalism and distinctly modern approach finds lush flower on her self-titled debut. All the elements that characterize her music -- open, clear nods to her Irish heritage, any number of vocal overdubs to create an echoing, haunting feeling, and layers of synth and electronic percussion -- can be found almost track for track. ~ AMG
